Cancel your LifeLabs Learning Membership
Take these steps to update your membership renewal status.
Note: This only applies to clients who have purchased the LifeLabs Learning membership.
Your LifeLabs Learning membership will automatically renew on an annual basis.
IF you purchased your membership via credit card on our website, you can update your membership subscription status (i.e., renew or cancel at the end of your current membership) from the Billing & Seats settings in the Admin hub.

Follow the instructions to 'Cancel your membership' at the bottom of the page.

If you do not cancel your membership, then you will receive a series of email reminders prior your membership renewal. These reminders will include instructions for cancelling your membership.
IF you worked with a LifeLabs consultant and signed an SOW to complete your membership purchase, your consultant will reach out directly to help you cancel or renew your membership for the next year.
