HRIS Integration Guide

Automatically sync your team list from your HRIS to populate learners in the LifeLabs platform, making it easy to manage users and assign training.

The LifeLabs Learning Platform integrates with a range of HRIS and Directory providers to automate user management. 

If you're 

Connect Your HRIS

  1. Navigate to Integrations: From your LifeLabs Admin Hub, go to Settings > Integrations > HRIS (https://app.lifelabslearning.com/settings/integrations/hris)

  2. Find Your Provider: Find your HRIS or Directory provider in the list and click ‘Connect’.

    • Don't see your HRIS, or see 'Talk to Support' instead? Reach out to support@lifelabslearning.com for more information on this integration.
    • Trying to integrate with Workday? Follow this guide instead.
  3. Select your 'Location Override' choice.
    • Most customers choose 'No Override', which means that each user's location will reflect their actual HRIS location. If you're not sure, we'd recommend choosing 'No Override'.
  4. Follow Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions. These steps will vary depending on your provider and may require you to log into your HRIS, enter an API key, or provide other credentials.

  5. Sync Time: After a successful connection, please allow 10-15 minutes for your data to sync. Once complete, your team list will appear in the LifeLabs Learning Admin Hub.
