See what questions we ask learners after they complete a learning experience.

Depending on the learning experience learners complete, they will receive at least one optional feedback survey.



Live Workshops

Feedback Survey #1

    • How likely is it that you would recommend this workshop to a friend or colleague? (1-5)
    • The skills we covered were useful (1-5, mandatory)
    • The workshop activities were helpful (1-5, mandatory)
    • I can apply what I learned at work (1-5, mandatory)
    • The facilitator was knowledgeable (1-5, mandatory)
    • The facilitator was engaging (1-5, mandatory)

How do we capture learner feedback? The Facilitator shares the survey link at the end of the session. If the survey has not been completed, all attended participants will receive a reminder email 1 hour after the session end.

How long does a learner have to submit the feedback survey? The feedback survey remains open for 7 days after the event. After the 7 day window, learners cannot submit new feedback responses.

Feedback Survey #2 for Live Workshops

    • How many key concepts covered in the workshop do you remember? (none, 1, 2, 3+, mandatory)
    • Please specify the key concepts you remember (text input, optional)
    • To what extend have you been able to use the skills from the workshop in your (work)life? (1-5, mandatory)
    • Could you provide an example of how you applied the skill(s)? (text input, optional)
    • What challenges, if any, did you encounter in applying your skills from the workshop? (text input, optional)
    • How has your perception of the workshop content evolved since attending the session? (text input, optional)

How do we capture learner feedback? An email is sent 2 weeks post submission of survey #1. Learners who do not submit the final question on survey #1 will not receive survey #2 for the related workshop.


On demand courses

Feedback Survey #1  for On Demand Courses

    • How likely is it that you would recommend this course to a friend or colleague? (1-5)
    • The skills we covered were useful (1-5, mandatory)
    • The course activities were helpful (1-5, mandatory)
    • I can apply what I learned at work (1-5, mandatory)
    • How delightful did you find this course? (1-5, mandatory)
    • Can LifeLabs Learning contact you to learn more about your experience? (yes/no, mandatory)

How do we capture learner feedback? Each on-demand course includes a feedback survey which is the last part of the course, learners can only complete a course when feedback was submitted, there is no reminder email.
