Reports in the LifeLabs Learning Platform

Find at-a-glance views of key workshop metrics and feedback insights.

Reporting data is available directly to all active sponsors via the Admin hub of the platform.

Functionality notes:

  • 'Feedback from recent workshops' section includes most recent 3 responses for each question. Sponsors can download a full report of all feedback responses via 'Downloadables'. See the Downloading data from the platform section for more info.
  • Filters on the left side will apply to downloaded files as well as the dashboard reports.

 


Apply filters

You can filter data based on the following dimensions:

  • Event date
  • Invite type (i.e., required, optional, self registrations)
  • Program type (i.e., team training or membership)
  • Role (i.e., manager or non-manager, based on optional user properties for learners)
  • Event topic (e.g., Coaching, Feedback, Strategic Thinking, etc.)
  • Event duration (i.e., 60/90/120 minutes)
  • Custom category or Department (e.g., Cohort 1, Sales team, etc.)
    • Note: 'Department' and 'Custom Category' are optional, open text user properties that you can choose whether populate for your learners. If you have not populated these fields with data, you will not be able to filter on these dimensions unless you edit your learners.

When downloading reports from the platform, the filters applied to the Dashboard are also applied to the download by default. Learn more about downloading reports below.


Download data from the platform

You can download data reports directly from the platform in CSV file format - and it's super easy! 

  1. Use the filters on the left side of the page to apply the relevant filters.
  2. Click 'Downloadables' in the top right corner and select the file you want to download from the dropdown list. See the Glossary of reports below for a detailed description of data included in each report.
         
  3. The file will download to your local device and you're all set!

Each report and the included data are listed below:

Learner Feedback

Report name Data represented
'Upcoming Workshops' section
Upcoming workshops Count of upcoming workshops in the platform.
Learners registered Count of unique learners registered for at least one upcoming event. 
Invitations - % Accepted Visual display of how many sponsor invites were accepted, declined, and not responded to for upcoming events.
'Past Workshops' section
Workshops completed

Total number of completed workshops where one or more learners from that company attended. 

If two learners from the same company attend the same event, that event only counts one time in this figure.

Learners attended

Count of unique learners from that company who have attended at least one event. 

If a learner has attended more than one event, that learner only counts once in this figure.

Invitations - % Attended Visual display of how many sponsor invites were accepted, declined, and not responded to for past events.
Average workshop rating Average value (1-5) for learners' response to the statement: "I would recommend LifeLabs Learning to a colleague". 
Attendance rate

(# attendees / # registrations). 

This calculation includes learners in 'Active' or 'Terminated' status.

Feedback rate

(# feedback responses / # attendees). 

This calculation includes learners in 'Active' or 'Terminated' status.

Percent "Agree" or "Strongly Agree"

[(# responses "Agree" + # responses "Strongly Agree") / total # responses]. 

This data is for quantitative survey questions (i.e., multiple-choice questions with answers with assigned numerical values).

How would you describe this workshop in one word? The three most recent learner responses to this free response survey question.
What is one thing that worked well for you? The three most recent learner responses to this free response survey question.
What would make this workshop 10% better? The three most recent learner responses to this free response survey question.
Anything else you would like us to know? Most recent responses to this free response survey question.

Registration & attendance by learner

  • Invitation, registration, and attendance data per learner per event. 
    • Check out an example download for reference.
    • The filters applied to the dashboard will also apply to the data in the downloaded file. Sponsors can adjust downloaded data by adjusting the relevant filters on the 'Reports' dashboard. 

Registration & attendance by workshop

  • Invitation, registration, attendance, and average recommendable rating per event.
    • Check out an example download for reference.
    • The filters applied to the dashboard will also apply to the data in the downloaded file. Sponsors can adjust downloaded data by adjusting the relevant filters on the 'Reports' dashboard. 

FAQS

Do I need to purchase access the 'Reports' dashboard?
No. This feature is included for all active accounts in the LifeLabs Learning platform.

Who can access the 'Reports' dashboard?
All active sponsors (i.e., admins) in the LifeLabs Learning platform.

What data is included in the Reports?
All historic platform data will be included. Registration, attendance, and feedback responses from events that took place [in the LifeLabs platform] prior to the feature release will be included in the reports, in addition to all future data collected [via the LifeLabs platform] after the release.

Data not collected through the platform will not be available in these reports. E.g., if you request that our facilitators use your custom post-workshop feedback survey or do not track attendance through the platform, you will not see that data in your platform reports.

Are 'downloadables' opened in a separate dashboard?
No. Those files are downloaded to your local device.

Do dashboard reports (e.g., “Learners Attended”) have tooltips? I.e., can you hover/click on a report to drill down on that specific data?
No. You can access that data through the relevant 'downloadable' report, but there are no tooltips or drill down functions directly on the dashboard reports at this time.
